Register now for Westchester Township History Museum’s Summer Mystery History Camp for Children in July

Register your child(ren) for the Westchester Township History Museum's annual Summer History Camp now! This year’s Mystery History Camp delves into the history of mysteries and detective work. Participants will learn about detective work, fingerprints, and DNA from Police Chief Dave Cincoski and IUN Biology Professor Angel Goins. There will be crafts, games, and even mysteries to solve.

Register your child(ren) for the Westchester Township History Museum's annual Summer History Camp now! This year’s Mystery History Camp delves into the history of mysteries and detective work. Register at the museum for the following dates: Children entering 4th and 5th grades—July 18-21 only, 9 a.m.—12 p.m. Children ages 12-16—July 11-14 only, 9 a.m.—12 p.m. 

Space is limited to 16 children per session on a first-come-first-serve basis. The camp is open to all children living in the Duneland Schools district. Registration must be done in person due to paperwork that must be filled out to participate.

The Westchester Township History Museum, located at 700 W. Porter Ave., Chesterton, is a free cultural and educational service of Westchester Public Library and is open to the public Wednesday-Saturday from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., or by appointment.
